Step 2
A licensed provider reviews
A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake, usually within 24–48 hours, and may message you for more detail. If treatment isn't appropriate, they will tell you why.
Step 3
Medication ships if prescribed
If a prescription is issued, Rush Pharmacy fills and ships it in discreet packaging with tracking. Your care team stays reachable for follow-up.
Who can be treated
Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider. In general, you can be considered if:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are physically located in one of the 49 states we serve at the time of your consultation. We cannot treat patients in California.
- You can provide an accurate medical history, including current medications, allergies and past conditions.
- You are willing to complete follow-up check-ins with your care team while on treatment.
- You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, where that is relevant to the treatment requested.
What it costs
Alevoa is a cash-pay service and does not bill insurance. Plan prices shown on each treatment page apply if a provider prescribes that treatment for you. If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate before anything is dispensed, your consultation fee is refunded.
