Answer questions about your health history, medications and goals. It takes about ten minutes and there is no cost to start.

A licensed provider reviews

A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake, usually within 24–48 hours, and may message you for more detail. If treatment isn't appropriate, they will tell you why.

Medication ships if prescribed

If a prescription is issued, Rush Pharmacy fills and ships it in discreet packaging with tracking. Your care team stays reachable for follow-up.

Who can be treated

Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider. In general, you can be considered if:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You are physically located in one of the 49 states we serve at the time of your consultation. We cannot treat patients in California.
  • You can provide an accurate medical history, including current medications, allergies and past conditions.
  • You are willing to complete follow-up check-ins with your care team while on treatment.
  • You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, where that is relevant to the treatment requested.

What it costs

Alevoa is a cash-pay service and does not bill insurance. Plan prices shown on each treatment page apply if a provider prescribes that treatment for you. If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate before anything is dispensed, your consultation fee is refunded.
